Hey Patrick this is Eric Scott Bruner from the Louisville Quickway office.I 
was just wondering what was going on on your end with my non-coverage over 
the last two years.My wife talked to Babara Roe who is in charge of benefits 
on my end and she did not know anything about the situation.As a matter of 
fact according to her Aflac has not sent a refund check to our company in 
the last two years.Please let me know ASAP what is up.I greatly appreciate 
everyting you have done.
