NEWBIES: This is chain mail. Regardless of what the garbage in the message says, it IS illegal; it is against U.S. Federal law, and it is also against the laws of most other countries as well. Posting chain letters in Newsgroups is also a direct violation of your Internet Service Provider's (ISP's) Terms of Service/Acceptable Use Policy (TOS/AUP), and it WILL get your ISP account yanked. AND ... Discussion of this scam with a postal inspector reveals that most of the addresses in these letters are phonies, with only the very last one (i.e. that posted by the immediate scammer) valid. The money you send out will disappear into a black hole. It's pointless. DON'T fall for this scam. And DON'T SPREAD IT. Thank you. -- Gary G.
