I'm not the type of individual who normally posts off topic messages HOWEVER this is an exception as I believe that "everyone" needs to here this. We've all herd of Debit Cards and most of us are familiar with the option of Direct Deposit rather than traditional pay checks and payments. However a new FDIC regulation is poised to take the freedom of choice out of these tools. Further the regulation is anticipated by some banking officials to outlaw the use of cash for personal and business transactions over $100. Personally I don't want anyone telling me it's illegal to give my nephews more than $99.00 cash for a B-day present. This strikes me as a matter that should be left entirely up to the individual, - NO ONE SHOULD BE FORCED TO USE ELECTRONIC CURRENCY AT A FEE!! On 12/27/98 the regulation will come before the US Legislature for approval. Please submit your discontent to this tyranny in wrighting before the date above. Fore more complete information on the proposed regulation and information on how to oppose it visit: http://u-n.hypermart.net/entry.htm

If this isn't BS then it still wont stand the legal challenges that are bound to slam it!
