RERUN...

     In what seemed to be part of NBC's "rip a hole in the Bill of
Rights" month, they presented on June 8, a rerun of the TV movie
"Manhunt in the Dakotas" about alleged posse comitatus member
Gordon Kahl.  In the same spirit PRO therefore presents a rerun of
our July 1991 piece inspired by the original showing:
