Can someone have a > look at it and advise me on a fix. The only solution I'm aware of is to build your page in Java, which will happily support the state of each button object. The simpler solution is to _get_ _rid_ of that 'View only in microsoft internet explorer' button. In the 50-50 choice of it, you've picked the browser that's not bothered to get up to date with the technology of the web for about 2 years. Put a Netscape badge there, and you'll be fine. MSIE 4.0 will support (sort of) JavaScript 1.1 (which Netscape has been using since the release of Netscape 3.0, which is about a year and a half old). MSIE 3.x and below only support Javascript 1.0 which does NOT support images as object types. Choices then are: 1) Advise Netscape (by putting the Netscape _3.0_ button there) [note must be 3.0 or above]. 2) Write your page in Java. 3) Give up the idea of stateful rather than stateless buttons. HTH Rich PS. Like the page. Very cool... :) PPS. No, I'm not a microsoft basher... They do have some decent products. Pity MSIE isn't one of them. I just like things that work.
