I have the following question: I recently installed Outlook Express from the internet and have experienced significant reductions in speed. I have the following equipment: modem upload & cable download (had this for three months prior to installing Outlook Express); AMD 300 chip; 32 megs of RAM. My initial reaction is to by two 64 megs of RAM and see what happens. Given the $180 price tag, I wanted to get someone's opinion first. What should I do?
