Attention all Chevy Chase Bank customers! Be advised that following Chevy
Chase Bank's move of their headquarters to Virginia, they have begun
systematically raising the interests rates on ALL of their accounts to 25%
to 29%.  This is being done on accounts that are delinquent as well as ones
that are NOT! Already thousands of complaints have been received by the
Maryland Consumer Credit agency. Chevy Chase Bank left the state of
Maryland because the ceiling is 24%. So if your bank is in Virginia or
plans on moving their, grab your wallet! Remember if they succeed other
banks will follow!

The only way to get the message across and stop this madness is by all
Chevy Chase customers closing their accounts. Also be advised they are
owned by B. F. Saul so boycott them as well!!!!!

When you pull your accounts from Chevy Chase Bank, let them know why! Write
them, call them! Let's flood them with complaints. Call their office at
1-800-937-5000. Ask for Les Rosenberg the Vice President of "Customer"
Service.  Let them know how you feel and remember they are doing this to
customers in good standing as well as customers who pay late.
