Hi Jen!

This is the first year the group has existed, so everyone will be
first-year members and lot will be first-year students.

Just a quick reminder:

Firstly, please drop off an envelope with your name and phone number and
a check for $20 made out to Alaska Wilderness League in the College
Democrats mailbox in the basement of Schine at the experiential learning
office. The boxes are to your left as you walk in and they are in
alphabetical order. When I receive the check I will write your name on a
ticket and you will be all set.

3 more things:
1) You will need to bring $3 on the bus for the metro in DC. They will
collect it as you get on, so don't wait to go to an ATM in Washington.
You should also pack some food because I don't know what the eating
situation is gonna be.

2) There is a general meeting/ movie night this coming Monday at 9pm (4
hours before the buses leave), place TBA. Please plan to come to this.

3) There is a conference call that we are asking all riders to attend
tomorrow (Thursday) night at 10pm. It is a really fun and important way
to build solidarity between riders nation-wide. The number you want to
call is 319.279.1015 and the password is 360405#.
