REQUIRED SKILLS:
3+ years experience providing software phone/in-person support to clients.
Strong expertise in Windows 3.5/4.0.
Strong knowledge of network management systems.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.  Ability to multi-task.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Distributed Systems Management and Network experience expecially AshWin or
NerveCenter NT
