REQUIRED SKILLS:
B.S. . in Computer Science.
Passion for producing world-class software products.

3+years experience with the development of software products using C/C++ in
a Windows NT/95 environment.
1+year experience with the development of C++ software products.
Understanding of the operation of Windows 95/NT operating systems.

Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills.
Good verbal, written, interpersonal and creative skills.  Team-player with
a "can do" attitude.  Ability to multi-task.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:
Experience with Backup and other Utility Software Packages
Multi-threaded development.
Real-time operations knowledge
Network considerations
Windows 3.x, DOS, Unix or OS/2 expertise

OPPORTUNITY:
As a team member, you will design and implement new Windows-based products
with an emphasis on our core systems engine.  You will work closely with
software architects and developers, quality assurance,  technical support, 
product management and documentation team members.  High visibility
position on our core products team.  Lots of new development.
