REQUIRED SKILLS:
B.S. . in Computer Science.
Passion for producing world-class software products.

6+years experience with the development of software products using C/C++
and Visual Basic in a Windows environment.
Strong GUI design/implementation skills.
Must also possess extensive OOP, OLE and MFC skills/knowledge

Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills.
Good verbal, written, interpersonal and creative skills.  Team-player with
a "can do" attitude.  Ability to multi-task.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:
Experience with Backup and other Utility Software Packages

OPPORTUNITY:
As a team member, you will design and implement new Windows-based products
with a special emphais on the graphical user interface.  You will work
closely with software architects and developers, quality assurance, 
technical support,  product management and documentation team members. 
High visiblity position on our core products team.  Lots of new
development.
