Phoenix Information Systems Ltd. has a requirement for one Sr. ETL 
Developer. Below is a list of the required skill set:

  1.. Thorough knowledge of data warehouse architecture and best practices.
  2.. Minimum 3 years experience developing ETL components using Informatica 
Powercentre 7/8.
  3.. Minimum 3 years experience writing ETL specifications.
  4.. Experience upgrading Powercentre 7 to Powercentre 8 is an asset.
  5.. Good understanding of data modeling and star schemas.
  6.. Excellent knowledge of Oracle database architecture.
  7.. Minimum 3 years development experience using SQL and PL/SQL.
  8.. Minimum 3 years experience with Unix.
  9.. Experience with Sybase PowerDesigner is an asset.
  10.. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - on both technical 
and business level.
  11.. Excellent oral and written communication in English is required. 
Knowledge of French is an asset.
  12.. Ability to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines.
Experience with BI development methodologies

Location: Toronto
Rate: $70 p/h
Start date: Aug 7th 2007 for 100 days
