***Performance Tracking Specialist***



As part of the Performance Engineering group, the Performance Tracking
specialist will define, implement and apply the processes and methods
required to track System-level Technical Performance Measures (TPM's)
relevant to the communication system. The Performance Tracking Specialist
will maintain and monitor the progress of these measures, and provide TPM
visibility to the System Architecture IPT.



The Performance Engineering Group is a cross-discipline group responsible
for analysis, modeling and system integrity. As a member of this group, the
Performance Tracking Specialist may be asked to perform tasks outside the
realm of its primary function, on an in-basket basis, in support of the
other responsibilities of the group.



SPECIFIC DUTIES:

The specific duties of the Performance Tracking specialist will include, but
are not limited to, the following:

? In concert with the members of the System Architecture IPT, identify
requirements suitable for performance tracking;

? Establish and apply a mechanism to track these requirements;

? Participate in the generation of technical memoranda and other engineering
documents required to record and document such requirements;

? Provide support to the Performance Engineering group in all areas of
Systems Engineering, including specmanship, requirement allocation and
tracking, etc;

? Prepare and conduct oral presentations with Customers and Suppliers;



SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

? Minimum 2 years engineering experience.

? Working knowledge of database applications, such as MS Access

? Understanding of Standard Procedures applicable to Systems Engineering is
an asset
