Job Title:	Sr. Systems Engineer

Job Description: You are a Win/NT Guru !! Design a scalable server
infrastructure using Win/NT, to support high bandwidth applications such as
streaming video to Win95 clients. Execute performance analysis to tune the
server to optimize throughput and cost. You will use your experience to
define test scenarios to understand the optimal cpu/disk configurations.
Define migration strategies for the server as the system expands. Develop
procedures for automated installation and remote/unattended system
management of both Win/NT and Win/95 machines. You will design the high
speed LAN required to connect the Win/NT server to the Win/95 clients.
Additional duties will include assisting in configuration and management of
the internal engineering network. This is primarily an individual
contribution position with opportunity for a management position would
encompass managing the internal engineering network. This key, very hands,
on position requires a self-starter to spearhead these tasks, very
thorough, articulate and motivated. Qualifications Required: Extensive
knowledge of design, configuration and optimization of Win/NT servers and
Win/95 workstations. Detailed knowledge of IP networking and network
design. Knowledge of Win/NT management, Web Servers, SNMP and network
management systems. Hands on experience in building, configuring and
managing Win/NT servers. Preference: Previous experience in building video
server and digital video distribution networks, which will provide the
requisite experience to help optimize the NT server. Project management
experience also a plus.
