Welcome to Offshore2, Inc. We are offering a once in a lifetime opportunity
for up to 50,000 people. Don't you wish you had been there whenYahoo.com and
EBay.com did the same thing? The only difference - their offer was for
shares in a highly speculative venture. Offshore2's offer is for free
participation in a new company that will own an international bank - not
much speculation in owning an entity that is a holder of Millions and maybe
one day Billions in cash. The bank with which Offshore2's bank will be
affiliated, a few years ago had assets at $0. Today the bank has insured
deposits of billions of dollars.

What are we doing? 8.5 Million shares of Offshore2, Inc. have been set
aside and are already being held in trust for those who help promote the
company in these pre-launch stages of our existence. These shares cannot be
distributed, awarded, sold, or even given away until SEC registration and
full disclosure documents are completed for Offshore2, Inc. This would be
in violation of regulations of the Securities Exchange Commission and the
various states' regulatory bodies.

We are lining up people who will agree to help promote Offshore2, Inc.'s new
international bank before its opening and as it is opening. The bank will
hopefully open even before the Initial Public Offering of shares in
Offshore, Inc., the corporation which will own the majority interest of this
bank.
