Dear Users,

  The Harrisburg dialin will have a brief outage between 15:15 and 15:30
today, August 17, 1998.  PPP users dialing into the Harrisburg and
Lancaster pops will not be able to log onto their PPP accounts during this
time.  We apologize for any inconvenience this unforseen outage may have
caused.
