Dear Users,
    During the early morning of Wednesday February 3, PTD will be
converting its Indiana PoP to 100% digital 56K modems. During the upgrade
users can expect to experience ringing modems with no answer and busy
signals.  The upgrade should be completed by 4am, users experiencing
problems after this time are urged to contact technical support the next
morning to resolve any issues.
