Dear Users,
	On Friday afternoon, Bell Altantic will be upgrading the equipment
that feeds our Ironton SMDS connection.  We apologize for the short
notice, however we were only informed by Bell Alantic several minutes ago.
Since this SMDS connection is one of the primary internet connection feeds
for both the PTD and X-MIS network, this may slightly affect internet
performance.  Some slowdowns may be noticed between 2:00pm and 2:30pm.  If
the outage is not resolved by 2:30, engineering will post an update
notification.
