  Feds cracking down on junk e-mail fraud
  
     The Federal Trade Commission said Thursday it is cracking down on
     junk e-mail fraud. Regulators say businesses that put false
     information in unsolicited e-mail sent to Web users face court
     injunctions to stop the process and hefty fines for repeat
     offenders. The FTC also said it is asking the junk e-mail industry
     to discover ways to stem the flow of commercial mail that clogs the
     Internet, making it difficult for users to go online.
