 For Heavens Sake!
This IS illegal. And it IS a scheme. Thank your stars you didn't snail
mail this and that the Federal Government is slow to enact legislation
regarding the Net. If this were Germany the Postal Police would seize your
equipment. Here is why this is an illegal practice:
A chain letter in which the only product is cash being traded ("add me
to your Mailing List" is regarded by the Feds as a "weak sophistry") is
not only illegal but immoral and ultimately risky. Eventually the
government of the Country in which you reside will crack down on the
authors and particularily those who list themselves. Case in point: you
almost never see an address of a recepient or posting agent from Germany.
The least the German Post Office, which has jurisdition there, will do
apparently, is confiscate your equipment.
It is your choice if you wish to perpetuate this fraud.
Perhaps you even think of it as valid.
If you do think it is valid then consider the chain letter in this manner.
Think of a closed population system of 50,000 people. One person starts
the chain with his/her name and three friends. Each citizen in the system
has $5 to risk and are willing to do so. Total monetary resources in this
system: $250,000. How many people in this system will earn just $50? 5
000.
How many will earn nothing because they pass on as much as they take in?
45 000.
Now, lets change the numbers a little. Lets make the prize $50,000,but
still based on $5 risk capital from any willing citizen. Let us use a
population of
250,000,000. How many prize winners? 5 million. How many losers? 245 million.
So. Is it ok to steal $5 from one person? 10? 500? 5000? 245 million?
You decide.
International consumer protection is in its infancy on the internet,
but will soon be the same everywhere. Confidence games are detrimental to
the majority of society. That is why they are illegal.
Enough with the lecture.
Would you like to earn, legitimately, over $2000 US per week for the rest
of your life? To reach that income level, would you be willing to spend 7
- 12 hours per week for 2 - 3 years? Working with a company that will
never pay you less than $500US per week, when you EARN it?
It isn't Get Rich Quick.
No legitimate business really is.
But it can be Get Rich. If you are willing to EARN it.
Just Email me back and I will give you the Web site where you can check it out
I would be happy to sponsor you into this business, where you can make an
honest fortune. It doesn't matter if I don't know you at all. You can not
be successful with Jewelway International unless you are willing to work,
for yourself and with others, consistently and with integrity, honesty,
compassion and charity. You also don't make a dime sponsoring people. No
one gets paid unless product is moved.
Take a look, a good look at that web sight. Then email me again and I will
put you in contact with a local representative who will be more than glad
to show you the complete details.
Then you decide.
Some last points: No quotas, no stocking of inventory, no payroll, lots of
legal tax write offs, and permanent income is possible over time to those
willing to work with others and for themselves.
