This is a simple task.  First since pictures are binary files you must
convert them into ascii text using a uuencoder.  I'm not sure where to
get one.  I'll email you one (using a Mime attachment) if you want
(post or e-mail a request specify dos or windows)  You run the
uuencoder on the binary file producing a text file output then just
paste that text file into a message!
