My name is Walter Hicks and I manage the Development & Technologies
department for Synectics, Intl. located in the Dallas metroplex. To save
everyone download time I'll make this short.

We are currently looking for several programmers to expand our development
workload and knowledge base. The right person will be joining a well paid,
fun, and knowledgeable group of developers working with most of the latest
technologies available today. We have a very nice office and are in no way
a fly by night company but most of the development team works from home
(which they consider a great benefit) as full-time salaried employees. Our
philosophy is that programmers produce the most where they are most
comfortable. We have and are currently producing products used internally
by some of the largest companies in the Dallas area and elsewhere. You can
learn a little more about the company at our web site: www.si2.com

Our current project load includes work with VB, C++, JAVA, Pearl, CGI,
HTML, Lotus Notes & related products, Win NT and related products, Active
Server Pages and most of the other latest MS products, Active X, Informix,
SQL Server, Access, Excel/VBA, and we never know what's just around the
corner.

If you would like to be considered for these current openings or future
positions please send your resume and/or qualifications to:

everyone who replies.
