We want to create a VB4 16bit front end and a VC++ 1.52 16bit back end
program.  We want to know what is the best or the only way to do this. 
Thoughts here are VC++ Classes and Functions are compiles as a DLL and then
called from VB objects.  Is this correct or are we completly off base..
