TopQuark v2.5 -- Advanced Logging and Debugging system for developers.

TopQuark wad developed to diagnose timing problems in a multi-user 
network server. It's a great tool when timing is crucial to duplicating 
the problem and you can't just step through the code with your debugger. 
TopQuark features:

� Performance Timing 
� Dumping buffers with Decimal or Hexadecimal addressing 
� Logging values in Decimal, Hexadecimal, or Binary 
� SIZE, POINT, RECT stucture logging 
� TimeStamping log entries with millisecond accuracy 
� Supports log entries up to 4K in size 
� Revolving log file with configurable line count

TopQuark can be used with Microsoft Studio 97, Microsoft Development 
Studio, Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft Foxpro, 
Microsoft Access, Borland C++, Delphi, PowerBuilder. 

In fact, it can be used with any development system that can either 
register a dll and make calls to it, or load an OLE Automation server.
