I am looking to purchase some property that I can convert into revenue
property.  I am hoping to find something where I can assume the mortgage
with little downor a foreclosure.  Does anyone know how you go about
finding foreclosures?  Also, can anyone give me their opinion on revenue
property.  Good and bad experiences are welcome.
