You're problem is probably that because a2000 is an ISP (as far as I can
make out) their personal groups are not on your server. However, when
your messages goes out to other servers the header stays intact, despite
the fact that your own news server throws a fit. Now somewhere out there
there's a server which DOES carry it, which is linked to your server, so
it get there that way...
