my name is Peter Ivan Dunne,
In regard to DPP -v- Dunne at Kilkenny Circuit Court
My email to the DPP seeking clarification regarding the false claim by DPP before a British Court that I raped a ten year old
She didnt exist, there was never a rape charge, that is to say nobody was charged with forcing her to have sex

I said:
Mr Gerald Meaney
With regard to our telephone conversation
I spoke directly to you as my legal team represent me exclusively on Irish law and I am not discussing Irish law with you
I am disappointed with your obstructive attitude or perhaps your afraid that I will expose the criminal nature of the actions of
the DPP in this case

I require Sgt Wheelan to attend a hearing at Coventry County Court at 12 am tomorrow
This is pertinent to my unlawful extradition
I also require copies of all correspondence between the DPP and the Crown Prosecution Service, the DPP and Interpol,
Garda and Crown Prosecution Service, Garda and Interpol
I require these documents immediately by email

Failure to comply will result in legal action without further notice

Their response was:

Dear Mr. Dunne,

I refer to your telephone call to my office this morning and our brief
conversation following therefrom.

I am not in a position to have a lengthy discussion with you in relation to
the prosecution which I am handling for the DPP but will deal with your
solicitors on record if they care to contact me.

There is no possibility whatsoever of Sergeant Whelan attending any court in
the UK tomorrow and the Gardai are not in a position to deal with this
request particularly having regard to the time factors involved.

I will address any further communications which your solicitors care to
transmit.

Yours sincerely,

GERALD MEANEY

So I said:

Mr Gerald Meaney
As I stated on the phone and in my previous email, My legal team in Ireland
act for me only in the context of defence and only in relation to Irish Law
I represent myself in British and International Law
My request for documents in my previous email is in the context of
International Law and British Law
I interpret your message as a refusal to furnish the requested documents in
respect of International Law

As for the failure of Garda Wheelan to make himself available to attend
court, would you be able to certify if he would be able make himself
available for future hearings in the UK and how much notice does your client
require
In any event, I shall present your email to the Courts of the United Kingdom
as evidence of notice

I also require confirmation of the date of birth, place of birth and full
name of the alleged injured party refered to in relation to my extradition
Could you also confirm the date of birth, place of birth and full name(s) of
the defendant(s) and confirm the number of defendants in the matter of
DPP -v- Dunne, Kilkenny
I will need a reply on this matter not later than ten thirty am tomorrow
morning

Again I re-iterate that this request is made in respect of international law
and therefore Terrence Lyons and Company are unable to act on this issue for
me
I am as your aware from your records outside Ireland at the moment dealing
with matters arising out of my extradition in accord with International and
British law

Peter I. Dunne

DPP response:

Dear Mr Dunne,

I acknowledge receipt of your email this morning (the contents of which were
relayed to me over the phone by my staff) and would advise that I am
presently attending the High Court in Dublin and will be out of the office
until Monday next, 12th December. I have passed on your query in relation to
Sgt. Whelan's availability to the Gardai and if you wish to contact me on
Monday next I would expect to be in position to deal with this query.

In relation to any other matter relating to the prosecution pending against
you, I am only prepared to deal with queries from your solicitors on record.

Yours sincerely
GERALD MEANEY

Can somebody email me and tell me specifically which british, irish and international laws are broken when they withhold
documents as they are doing, also what laws are broken when they knowingly present false information in extradition
proceedings
