We used to have an explicity policy allowing concurrent dial-in use.
This policy has been removed from our web pages, and will be formally
phased out effective the end of April.  The primary reason for this is
the difficulty of tracking concurrent use.  You are still permitted to
have concurrent dial-in sessions for brief periods of testing and
debugging connection problems, to the extent our equipment will permit
such concurrent use.
