The dial-in problem that appeared this morning has been diagnosed.  It
was caused due to customrs' IP addresses not being properly routed
through our network.  Thanks to all customers who reported it the
problem.

We believe this problem has now been fixed, as of approximately 4:55 pm
today (Wednesday).  If you find that you are still encountering the
problem, please let us know.

The symptoms of this specific problem are:

  - modem connects normally
  - PPP login proceeds normally
  - Internet connectivity is sporadic or nonexistent
