IMAP / Netscape configuration documentation?

Where is the a2i IMAP server documentation?  I tried searching with "man
-k IMAP".

I've been using IMAP with Netscape 4.05 for some time and it works
well.  But for other reasons I'm tring to upgrade to Netscape 4.51,
4.61, or 4.72.  But I can't seem to configure Netscape correctly for
IMAP and the Netscape help is brain dead.  My specific problem is I have
a bunch of folders in ~/Mail/ not all of which I want to subscribe to.
I've tried setting the Netscape option to disable the automatic IMAP
server options, but this only solves some of the problem.
