NW56 busy signals :(

I normally dial up to the 'Net using the NW56/Popsite numbers. For
the last couple of weeks, I've been getting constant busy signals on
all three local dial-up numbers I use: two in San Jose and one in
Los Altos. That has resulted in my having to use the Rahul.net
dial-ups instead to get on-line.

Does anyone know what is going on? NW56 service has been a bit
uneven in the past, but the last couple of weeks it has been
nearly unusable. :(
