My news posts not propagating

I've also been having problems with articles not propagating.  Over the last three days
I have posted probably 7-8 articles in various newsgroups, and *none* of them have appeared
at the sites I have checked (DejaNews, ibm.net, and ibm.com).  They have appeared in the
newsgroups locally.

It is starting to get extremely irritating.  In fact, if my articles aren't propagating
anywhere, it makes the newsfeed here completely useless.

Does anyone know what could possibly be going on?
