One of the more popular Usenet routing software packages is Diablo,
which is written by Matt Dillon, who works at Best.  So understandably
best.com is already listed as one of the few exceptions.

Please note that I am not sure that this is the real problem.  I
am checking our outgoing News routing too, in case it's broken
in some way.  I also posted an inquiry in news.software.nntp
to find out if anybody has studied this issue.
