It's very likely that the News propagation problem was local and
also that it should now be fixed.

However, re the spam killing, it appears that the default action of the
Diablo news routing software is to identify 16 postings from the same
host within 16 minutes as spam.  So it's possible that a batch of
moderated postings will be detected and killed as spam at random sites
throughout Usenet.  For best results I recommend releasing them at the
rate of one posting every two minutes.
