Again everybody can see that this list is the ONLY way to get support = for a Netblazer. =20 As a German sometimes it is not easy for me to explain what I mean (due = to the language) but everytime when I asked a question here I got very = good and helpful answers. Strange thing is, that when I ask the support at ITK it seems that they = do not understand me (you know they speak the same language as me), = because most of the time they do not answer and if they answer it is not = helpful. I am very angry about ITK. After the "Merge" Telebit customers were ITK = customers and it is a shame to see what ITK things about = customer-relationship (nothing!). As a German I must say that this behavior IS NOT and SHOULD NEVER BE = German-like it is just BAD-COMPANY-like! Sorry for this none technical input - I just had to say it.
