Unfortunately the others refused to go to Trial, and dropped their complaint,
when Grosvenor had the Court force the Ghermeziansd produce their audited
Financial Statements together with  assessed Tax Returns in confirmation of
their public claims to Edmonton City Council that they were insolvent.

Ghermezians did not want on the public record confirmation of their
insolvency,
later publicized all over the USA.

All readily available on the public transcript, as authorities in Oberhausen
Germany, and Las Vegas reported, and Silver Springs MD confirmed by FBI as
reported by Washington Post.

The pro-Ghermezian judge Matheson  suicided a few years ago at 88 by diving
his airplane straight into the ground. Cursed maybe?
