WORK EXPERIENCE
---------------

1995-1996
	Building Operator- maintained buildings including apartment
buildings ranging from 14 units to 300 units.  Duties included doing all
the required maintenance work in the apartments and also looking after the
building in its entirety.  This included maintaining the boiler room,
generator, electrical, air conditioning, heating, cooling, plumbing,
carpentry, painting, fire pump and equipment, maintain jacuzzi, maintain
building operations, repair and modify equipment as required.  Prepare and
maintain a preventative maintenance program.

1995-
	Reggin Technical Industries- Calgary Alberta
Building operator at Canada Post Office bldg.
Duties included maintaining the building including boiler room, water
samples, plumbing, painting, fire pumps and equipment, fans and general
bulding operations. 

1994-
	Resident Manager of 21 suite apartment building.
Duties included collecting rent, building maintenance, leasing, yard care,
maintaining heating and hot water systems.  Electrical, plumbing,
carpentry, painting, and fire alarm equipment testing and upkeep.  Repair
and modify equipment as required.

1992-1995
	The Music Box Repairium, Calgary Alberta
Owner/operator
Repair, and build musical boxes.  Refurbished antique musical boxes from
around Canada and United States.  Custom build music boxes.
