"Generally about double the costs"? You think so Mr. Grosvenor?

Have a look at http://www.adm.uwaterloo.ca/infoucal/FEES/schedule.html

At Waterloo both the Arts and Mathematics faculties have Chartered
Accountancy programs. In this table, the first column of numbers is the
tuition fee, and the last is the total fees per term.

You will note that the tuition fees for Co-op Arts, Co-op Arts Accounting,
Co-op Math and Co-op Math Accounting are all the same.

You will also note that in each faculty the total fees for the Accounting
programs are $75 higher than for the non-Accounting program. This is due to
a refundable, voluntary lab equipment endowment fee.

Further, you will note that in both cases, tuition and total fees for the
Accountancy programs are *less* than for the Engineering program.

So much for your claims that costs are "generally about double".

Of course, in your case I'm sure no reputable school would admit you, so
you'd be forced to enrol in the Canmore School of Truck Driving, Cosmetology
and Accounting (motto: "I'mmmm Mike from Canmore."). No doubt even a
government would not fund a school willing to admit William Grosvenor, and
costs would be as high as you tell us they were.
