Does C.A. in Alberta stand for Crooked Accountants?

In connection with the ongoing scandal at AHS, one aspect is becoming clear.

Were the so-called auditors of AHS involved in all the financial
irregularities?

Why did they not expose all the illegal transactions?

Did they rubberstamp the fabricated audited financial statements for
many years, on instructions from the CEO?

Will the Alberta government now demand repayment of all the fees paid
for audits, never done?

Will CRA charge the accountants as criminal accomplices in the fraud?
