IE 3.0 is a technical level of superiority above Netscape. It's OLE
structure sets a new standard others will follow.

Actually it is the Netscape-Sun-Oracle cabal that is old in their thinking.
Their Net PC crapola is a good example of that. An attempt to turn back the
clock to pre-PC days.

Netscape and Microsoft IE are exactly the same in this regard sonny. 
And both of them allow you set to the start page you want to use.
