Unless you are student or a nonprofit organization you are required by law
to purchase a license to use the software Netscape. Use without a license
as required by the license agreement is no different than shop lifting.
While this may seem silly, it comes into play big time when ISP's are
purchasing Netscape to give to their customers. They must pay big dollars
for a distrubtion agreement for Netscape while Microsoft gives them IE for
free as well as distrubution support. This is one of the major reasons
Netscape is loosing market share to Microsoft, ISP's are signing up
for IE in droves because it makes very good business to do so.
