        Hello. I am reading "Medical Alert: New Work Organizations in Health Care" by Pat Armstrong, and
would like to solicit opinions regarding Total Quality Management, re-engineering, downsizing, and the
privatization of health care. Do you think that some of these methods have had a beneficial or negative
effect on Canadian health care, or do they need improvement? Comments regarding the Alberta Health Care
System would be especially appreciated.
