I found this ironic that someone would say this on Apr 23, 1997

And the other thing your going to be experiencing is your going to be
experiencing some dips in the financial market. And it's going to dip
go down, dip go down, come back up, dip, come back up. And that's going
to continue for a while. So your going to be experiencing a unstable
financial market as we will also in the States. 

But I found it interesting that this person also said the following:
ON THAT DAY.

And that is calamities. Your going to see national calamities. Your
going to see floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, etc etc - your just going
to be like our twin sister. Isn't that wonderful? [laugh] Isn't that
wonderful? I wouldn't think so either. And so calamities. 

Remember this was spoken in Apr of 1997 - BEFORE ANYTHING HAPPENED!

Disturbingly many other things have been spoken of that I do know
will happen, however there is a strong chance that as you read this
you will think it is hogwash - even until the day it is fulfilled!
Basically the future North America is mapped as follows.

A. There is going to be a severe financial crises in America of
astounding porportions.

There's going to be a point were it's going to dip and not come back up. 
And so your going to be in a very very serious state financially before 
that ever happens. And so once again as I shared the last time I was 
here - Get Out of Debt. Throw your credit cards away. 

B. From this will arise a major uprising against the government.
(There is strong evidence that this 'crash' is going to be instrumented
by the Federal Reserve (yes there completely independent from the 
government if you don't think so then get the books out and look).
The Federal Reserve is going to claim a kind of insolvency, and from
this the US government will have no borrowing instrument and thus
will be forced to cancel social programs.  The people thrown out
in the streets will be the instrument of this uprising.

 When the Americans will think that it is peace and safety - from
 the middle of the country, some of the people will start
 fighting against the government. The government will be busy
 with internal problems.

C. The situation is going to become very severe and eight countries
will rise up to take advantage of this (they are not given yet).
But know what will happen after the uprising against the government.

     He said, "Remember this, Dumitru. The Russian spies have
     discovered where the nuclear warehouses are in America. When
     the Americans will think that it is peace and safety - from
     the middle of the country, some of the people will start
     fighting against the government. The government will be busy
     with internal problems. Then from the ocean, from Cuba,
     Nicaragua, Mexico,..." (He told me two other countries, but I
     didn't remember what they were.) "...they will bomb the
     nuclear warehouses. When they explode, America will burn!" 

You need to study these for yourself, so far they are right on target!
And before we see the third day America will be struck by a nuclear
first strike. America has no missile defense system against a rush
attack (NO THEY DON'T - GO LOOK FOR YOURSELF if you don't think so.)
