Hello, we are a small company that needs a membership/credit card program that
will manage members to a subscription site. This program must work on a Unix
platform and interact with the systems located at
www.paymentnet.com

Below is a brief requirements list. Anyone interested, please email me at
claireg20@aol.com and we can talk further about doing business together.
Thanks.

Requirements for Membership Management Program
Sample pages have been provided in jpeg format to be used as a guide to the GUI
interface. By no means should they limit the project.

The package should:

1. Keep a record of credit card numbers and emails that charge-back and prevent
them from signing up again.

2. Keep a record of credit card numbers and emails that use free trials more
than once within a 3-month period.

3. Alert, by email, an administrator when someone accesses the site more than a
specified number of times in a day. In this email, the number of times
accessed that day and the username should be displayed.

4. Disallow any signups with from certain domain names such as, hotmail or
other anonymous email services.

5. Have the ability to rebill customer at flexible intervals (i.e. 30 days, 5
days etc.).

6. Have flexible pricing for new members and old members.

7. Require an email address on the signup page, assign a password to a users
selected username and send it to their email.
	a. All passwords should have a "marker" in them to identify them as the
specific
	sites' password.

b. There should be the ability to fully edit the auto email.

8. Allow for easy change format/design of the signup page and the use of
multiple, different pages concurrently to test effectiveness of design.

9. Allow members to cancel their membership online with the use of their
username and password only AFTER they fill out a questionnaire form and submit
the information.
This information should be stored in a searchable database.

10. Contain an "Admin" menu to change basic operations WITHOUT adjusting code
directly. See main01.jpg, main02.jpg for first page sample. This Admin menu
should:

a. Allow administrators to adjust member's rebilling intervals.

b. Have the option of having rebilling done automatically or done manually (an
"on/off switch").

c. Have the ability to add/delete users. See adduser.jpg
d. Have the ability to extend periods for a user(s). See extradays01.jpg,
extradays02.jpg, extradays03.jpg

e. Allow admin users to adjust the flexible pricing/duration for new members
and old members, in so doing; we should have the ability to select a group of
members based on date signed up or price. See extradays01.jpg - for example
search query (flexible pricing not included in diagram)

	f. Allow administrators to adjust the page members are sent to when they
login.
	   See changeurls.jpg

	g. Have the ability to simply turn off rebilling. See cancelrebil.jpg

11. Have an "at a glance" option to see the number of members. See
activecount.jpg

12. Have the ability to extract bulk email for mass email distributions. See
getemails.jpg, getemails02.jpg, getemails03.jpg

Membership Information:

1. The member database should be searchable using the following information:
Price, date signed up, date expiring or date rebilling, email address,
rebilling vs. onetime signup, charge-backs.

2. Admin users should be able pull up a member's file and look at all
information pertaining to that member. That information should be:
Price, date signed up, date expiring, email address, rebilling vs. onetime
signup, charge-backs, the page that preceded their entrance to the signup page.

3. We should be able to view the total list of preceded pages in order from
most popular to least popular.
