IB Systems uses tools that are designed to analyze the process of
finding Y2K related problems in Notes databases or templates. These
tools allow you to check all of the Notes databases on a specified
server for those design elements that potentially may have Y2K related
problems. This process generates a Notes database that contains
information on the design of each of the databases or templates on the
server. After that information is compiled, another tool then processes

this database and builds a set of views that show those designs elements

that may have Y2K related problems. The views show for each database,
the total number of design elements that may be Y2K related allowing an
estimate of the size of the Y2K review task to be made.
