Looking for billing program for electric.   Must be able to calculate
business billing from demand meters and residential billing from flat rate
from kW.

Program must be able to handle 10,000 accounts min.; work with a barcode
reader, and be able to download information from handheld unit used by meter
readers.

Second program needed to calculate sewage fee from data downloaded from
water company.

Third program needed to pull data from electric and sewage programs and
print individual detailed bills on 8.5 x 11 paper.

Must run on NT server or AS400 and be y2k compliant.
