Position: Sr. Web Designer - Downtown, Toronto
Top Notch Senior Web Designer wanted!

A web designer at IBS is the person responsible for the overall functional
concept for a web project. This includes not only the look and feel, but
also how it works with content, how it works with the technology, and how it
meets or exceeds the clients' expectations.

A Senior Web Designer at IBS has several years experience with designing
functional and great looking web and flash sites or flash presentations.

Ideally, you have won some awards or clearly show great promise with the
"out of the box" online portfolio you present. You are the artistic right
hand to the project manager.

You have formal training, and a strong list of other digital media
complimentary skills:

Web Development (for example: HTML, DHTML, ASP, etc)
 Flash design and development (ActionScript)
 Illustration
 CD-ROM design and development
You can turn a client's vision into reality having had a lot of experience
dealing externally with clients. You demonstrate a strong understanding of
navigation design and usability.
You are comfortable in guiding more junior team members, having some
experience already as an Art Director or Creative Director, and you possess
a high degree of attention to detail and pride in the workmanship of
everything you or more junior team members are assigned to.

You possess great communications skills and are at home working with
management, clients or other departments. You are also familiar with, and
very comfortable creating design documents for the projects you will be
involved with.

You are excited about the youth market, are a big kid inside, and have the
portfolio to back it up. If this is you, don't waste another minute! E-mail
us a link to your portfolio and include your resume to
