We are a software house in the UK who currently develop solutions for the
Construction Industry.

We are looking for a CAD based measurement system and would like to hear
from anyone who has experience in these and can give us a lead to any
vendors who currently market one. Ideally, we would like to purchase the
complete source code to a package but are also open to discussing a
licencing deal if the terms are correct.

Failing this, we would also like to hear from any programmers who have
sufficient experience to develop such a system under our guidance, perhaps
with a view to coming on-board permanently if in the UK.

As we develop digitiser based measurement solutions at the moment there may
be a two way arrangement that can be made.
