I have found a great program for Windows users called WinGuard Impact; it
allows programs to be passworded. Access to the program is only allowed with
the correct password. You can even do the same for any web sites and Windows
at startup. It's got loads of other features, and is very secure - I can not
brake round it yet.

Any one else have any comments on this software, I would love to hear of
similar views?

It can be found at http://winguardimpact.cjb.net
