Regarding the first query: "What DLL files are being used and how?"

If you don't have the DUMPBIN utility, you can use the QuickView
bundled with Win95 to view the internals of DLL files. Just right-click
on the DLL file and then select QuickView.

You could do this on both EXEs and DLLs.

To know which DLL files an EXE or DLL is using, search for the keyword:
Imported-Names Table.

To know which functions the EXE or DLL is offering (callable) for other
programs to use, search for the keyword: Exported-Names Table.

Please respond regarding your progress.
